1. To promote the educational, social and economic welfare of Muslim women and children in every manner and by all lawful means.

2. To promote, give, impart, spread and advance education in all its branches including academic, technical, vocational and professional, amongst poor, needy, destitute and orphan Muslim children.

3. To build, establish, construct, manage, administer, support and assist, primary, pre-primary, secondary, higher-secondary schools, colleges, technical and vocational institutes and hostels.

4. To provide assistance for the relief and welfare of poor, needy, destitute, distressed, deserted Muslim children, particularly orphans and poor, needy, destitute, distressed, divorced, deserted Muslim women, particularly widows.

5. To provide monetary assistance to poor, needy, destitute, distressed, divorced, deserted Muslim women particularly widows, to enable them to start or join in any business or profession or otherwise become self reliant and to enable them to earn an independent livelihood.

6. To build, establish, construct, manage, administer, provide, support and assist, orphanages, homes and houses for poor, needy, destitute, deserted, distressed Muslim children particularly orphans and for poor, needy, destitute, deserted divorced, distressed Muslim women, particularly widows.

7. To do all things and undertake all activities that are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above aims and objectives.
